What To Expect From A Brick New York Session
Brick New York offers three different sessions: Crossfit, which has everything you’d expect from a Crossfit class such as gymnastics, weight lifting and high-intensity cardio; BFIT, which is a strength-based session with a “killer” conditioning fininsher and BX, which incorporates bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and classic Crossfit cardio favourites such as the Airbike and rowers.
Although you can expect a challenging class at Brick, the team are very welcoming to newcomers and beginners, promising to help build your fitness ‘brick by brick’.

The Reception Service
The reception staff seemed well informed and facilitated a smooth entry into the club. They were personable and considerate when asking how the client enjoyed their first class afterward. Unfortunately, no one was available to discuss packages and continued training after the class.
The Class Experience
Brick New York received The Fit Guide Class Experience Award of Excellence, making it one of New York’s stand-out offerings.
Our evaluator found the program to be well structured and challenging. The coach was knowledgeable and easy-going, and delivered a smooth experience.
The Equipment And Studio
The equipment was in great order and there were plenty of options available in the room for a variety of programming. The studio had no mirrors and was tight for space at times.

The Facilities And Public Areas
The public areas offered nearly everything our evaluator needed before and after their workout, although a lock for the lockers would have been appreciated.

Digital And Technology
We found it straightforward to find information about the different classes and schedules online, however, the website did not contain information regarding the coaches or their style of training. While the club's Instagram posts were of high quality, they were infrequent.
