How Did Rumble Training Chelsea Score Overall?
The full client experience at Rumble Training Chelsea was good, achieving our Recommended rating.
The class experience was notable and also achieved our Recommended rating.
The Highlights
Rumble has one of the most powerful brands in fitness, and this was evident during the visit to the Chelsea branch. Our evaluators enjoyed the lighting, the hangout area and the iconic pop culture icons placed around the studio, which were even subtly placed on the inside of the lockers. This attention to detail left a strong impression onus. Many elements of the class experience were also strong, with a lively coach and high-end equipment.

What Our Evaluator Had To Say
“The coach was fun, energetic and made a real effort to bring life into the class.”
“Whilst we were training, the coach told us a fun and motivating story about how he helped push a friend’s car up a hill.”
“The equipment and studio space was quite spectacular with many small details and branded elements present.”
What To Expect From A Rumble Training Session
Rumble Training stays true to the Rumble Boxing class structure of 10 three-minute “rounds” over a 50-minute session, but rather than boxing you can expect five rounds on the treadmill, five rounds on the floor. The treadmill rounds mix up interval running with hill inclines, with a superstar coach who also plays the role of DJ and MC. During the strength rounds, you can expect dumbbell exercises, body weight exercises and plyometrics.

The Reception Service
Despite not being able to contact the branch by phone, on check in we were met by friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable and happy to talk. Whilst the basics were covered, we would have liked to have seen a stronger check out process and more help with continuing our training at the branch.

The Class Experience
Rumble Training Chelsea has received The Fit Guide Class Experience Award of Excellence for its impressive class experience.
We had a great time during our evaluation at Rumble Training with all the elements coming together for a real experience. Our coach was fun, energetic and made a real effort to bring life into the class, telling stories and hyping up the crowd. He looked like he had fun, which was infectious.
With the class not being full, we would have liked to have seen more individual connection, both during and before the class.
The Equipment And Studio
If there’s an area where Rumble Training really excels, it’s in the equipment and studio. The sense of brand is strong and evident throughout, with detailed wall designs and projection screens with the workout detail - all in Rumble branding, of course.
The equipment is high-end, with top-of-the-range Technogym treadmills for the cardio, and high-quality dumbbells and benches for the strength work. The studio space at Rumble truly is one of the most exceptional in fitness.

The Facilities And Public Areas
Another big highlight for Rumble Training is their facilities and public areas. Their branding is like no other in the industry, with brash and fun in-your-face artwork throughout the studio walls, with more discreet branding touchpoints such as 90s pop culture icons on the inside of your locker.
To back up the incredible aesthetics and branding, the studio was clean, spacious and fresh and there was a wide selection of amenities in the bathrooms
Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.

Digital And Technology
Rumble Training offers strong in-class technology with their branded Technogym treadmills displaying stats and running guidelines. The Rumble brand is represented well on the website, socials and email communication, but some further information through email, such as a suggested arrival time, would have been useful before our first session.
We did find the follow up emails from “Jab” asking about our workout to be a nice, personal touch.
