Row House was founded in 2014 by Eric Von Frohlich and Debra Strougo in the Columbus Circle Neighborhood of New York. Drawing from their experience running two Crossfit studios, the couple had a vision of a concept that was low-impact, effective and could be enjoyed by all ability levels.

That vision became Row House, and they’re now the largest indoor rowing brand in the world with over 90 franchise studios open and over 300 licensed locations. Row House is available for franchise under the Xponential Fitness group of brands.
